Carrolltonians are wild about our two wild peacocks. Mr. P lives in Pigeon Town and Sir Archibald Francis, Archie for short, lives in Hollygrove. We love them so much that we had the neighborhood designated as a bird sanctuary to protect their chosen habitats.
